The Loaeza Standard SBD Program is a standard, "one size fits all kind of program." This program will take you through three blocks. These are the muscular endurance/hypertrophy block, Strength building block, and finally the Peaking block. This is the tried and true method that I used to get myself through the first couple years of programming for myself. It's not flashy, but it works and is a great program for beginner and intermediate lifters.

The Custom Programming option is something that you may want to go with if you're looking to start taking powerlifting a little more seriously or start competing. With this option, you'll tell me what you'd really like to improve (squat, bench, deadlift, or a combination), your strengths, your weaknesses, and anything else you want to may want help with and I will create a personalized program to address all of these things. This option will have a bit more of an emphasis on the peaking block than the standard option.

With the Online Coaching option, you will have access to me as a full on online coach. what this includes is a custom program along with tweaks to it along the way based on your input and what I observe from you in check ins. This will require sending videos of main lifts workouts so that I can critique and give feed back.

With this option, I will handle you and perform all the responsibilities of a coach on meet day. Having a handler makes competing way less stressful because all you'll have to worry about is lifting the weight, everything else will be taken care of.
